Deposit and Booking Fee
At the time of reservation, 25% of the booking cost is required. If the stay is within 12 weeks of the booking, the entire payment must be made; otherwise, the remaining balance must be settled 12 weeks prior to arrival.All bookings are subject to a non-refundable 5% booking fee.

❤️ Private Dining costs £85 for use of the Summer House at Millbrook- We will provide details of our private chefs whom you will pay directly for any food provided.❤️ BBQ house at Millbrook - Available at £35 (for 2 to 4 guests and £5 for every guest after this up to 10). Located in the woods it's an inside BBQ ideal for the colder months. Charcoal will be provided to start a fire. Posh plastic dishes and glasses will be supplied, but no food or beverages will be offered. Please be advised that this event is not suitable for children under the age of 8.

Please inform us of any allergies before arrival. All bedding is 'Just like down' and suitable for those with feather allergies.We can provide a gluten free or vegan cake alternative, so please select this option if this what you would prefer.
