Rose Cottage Booking Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required per booking more that 5 weeks away. Less than 5 weeks the full amount is due on booking.

We will confirm bookings by email within 48 hours of bookings being made online or by telephone.

Please note it is the booker's responsibility to ensure confirmation and access instructions are received; please contact us if you feel something has gone wrong. If the booking is very last minute we recommend you call us to confirm after booking online.

Bookings are none transferable - please ensure if you are not the guest that the guest names are stated on the booking (under guests names) at the time of booking. This can not be amended after the balance is taken.

Any extras to the booking (romantic packages etc) can be removed at any time until the final balance is settled (28 days before arrival) after this date no refund will be made.

Extras can be added to the booking at any time up until 48 hours before arrival.

We reserve the right to cancel the booking - we will call you if there are any issues.

A £200 refundable damage deposit is required on when the balance is due 9 (or atleast 5 days before arrival - except for last minute bookings). This is refunded within 10 days of your stay. Charges including wine, alcohol, telephone calls and Any damages will be taken from this.
